I'm so pleased to hear that Richard and Manny provided a great service to you when installing the internet, however i'm sorry to hear of the issues you've mentioned regarding your speeds which have led to a 2* review.

I can see you've spoken with Tahmid from our Technical Team, who has arranged for a service call on 15th December 2021 to see what the issue is and get this resolved. I have asked Tahmid to personally follow up with you once the service call is completed and hope that you will be receiving the expected speeds following this visit.
