I have just moved into a new area and have chosen Boots Pharmacy at Guisborough for my prescriptions. I have never had such amazing, friendly lovely customer service from a pharmacy. Each time the gentleman who serves on is so polite and lovely to all his customers, he then goes out of his way to ensure all of your scrips are ready to take even when I am early and have gone for another script. Today I collected my husbands script which needed a payment, he explained how the pre-paid would benefit us and told me not to pay for my four items now but go online and set it up from today so I can pay through the pre-paid and save money. He was very trusting of me (I have set it up). But each time I go into Boots at Guisborough, they work their way through the queues as quickly as they can, apologising as they go, nothing is a trouble. It is so refreshing to see.
