Very disappointed

I ordered a cage last week Wednesday, nearly a week ago, they said they take 1-3 days to dispatch their packages. It is now Tuesday and mine still hasn’t been dispatched.
I have even emailed customer service before if they could maybe ship it next day as I was getting two new guinea pigs on Friday that week. I was hoping that the cage would arrive by now but it hasn’t even been dispatched??
I have emailed customer service yesterday asking about my package as I received no email with a tracking number or shipping confirmation but got no response from them.

REALLY disappointed.
