Purchased a Nokia 8000 for my mother to use after much research looking for a simple phone that works with Whatsapp. The phone is less than 2 weeks old, will not hold charge and Whatsapp app will not open at all despite being reinstalled many times.
I have been in contact with Nokia, who want me to send it for repair. I have repeatedly sent them a list of issues and a video of the phones issues but still not response to my request for a refund. Wish I had checked TP before my purchase! Lesson learned money down the drain. Nokia are not the company or the phones they used to be.
