Beware of this company if you are in the UK
I have had the same experience as previous review from Patrick Abbott. I strongly advise anyone in the UK to think carefully before using this company. They simply have not got their head round the customs requirement for trading with the UK since Brexit and their Customer Support is minimal.
I ordered an Endura cycling jacket costing £65. It took 6 weeks for it to arrive. I knew it was a back order, so there would be a delay but the package was kept 2 weeks in customs on the way over. Then I had to return it. They gave me an address but nothing else, so I wasn't quite sure what to put on the customs form . I posted it on 27 September and now, apparently, it's on its way back to me. It was 3 weeks in Spanish customs and then when they tried to deliver the parcel they couldn't. Deporvillage Customer Support say it's my fault because there are customs duties to pay.
UPDATE 27 November: Today I have received a refund from Deporvillage for this item. Following this review, I received the parcel back and it was clear that Spanish Postal Service could not deliver it to Deporvillage. Nothing to do with customs charges.
I contacted them with this information, with photos of the 'can not deliver' message on the package, and they arranged for DHL to pick up the package for return to them. Since then everything has gone smoothly. I did notice that the address DHL were delivering to and the address I was given initially (via Customer Support) were very different.
Happier now, but overall not a good experience at all.
