It's not good I don't believe this…

It's not good I don't believe this company gets the correct unlock codes.
I have tried & tried to enter the codes & every time they're not accepted.
I've asked for a refund but I'm told I've got to keep trying the codes in 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 72 hours, so when does it end, in a year?
I just want my phone unlocked & this company is unable to do it.

We make it clear during the order process on our website that customers should not purchase an unlock code for any device that had already been subjected to previous incorrect unlcok code entry attempts. This customer chose to ignore that advice. Despite this, we advised the customer that they should leave the device on at the code entry prompt for 24 hours and try again. After less than 24 hours the customer claimed they had waited 24 hours and the unlock was still unsuccessful. I advised the customer they should try again, only this time waiting 48 hours. The customer admitted that they had tried twice again, therefore I advised them to wait 72 hours. Despite the excellent customer service and patience we have shown, this customer saw fir to post a negative review of our service. I suppose you can't please a moron no matter how hard you try.
