The wireless programmable controller for my boiler had stopped working properly. I contacted Baxi and an appointment was made for two days later. The technician arrived on time and replaced the controller and receiver with an updated and superior version. I don’t know if it’s my imagination but the heating throughout the house seems to be more even than before, with the old controller. The guy who did the work was very efficient and pleasant despite the fact that he left covered in sawdust from the loft floor I’d recently laid.
