Almost 3 weeks ago, on the 27th of September, I ordered a McLaren sweater from FFF. When I ordered, they informed me the shipping times were up to 10 working day due to the large amount of orders. So when I ordered, I knew I would have to wait a little longer. I was fine with it, because I just wanted a sweater.

After I ordered and didn't get any new updates for almost 2 weeks, I decided to contact their customer service. After about 2 hours, I got a super nice reply from someone at FFF, saying my order came through well and I just had to be a bit more patient.

This weekend, they confirmed my order was shipped and 2 days later it arrived at my doorstep! Sure I had to wait 12 working days instead of the promised 10, but honestly who cares? Great service, definetly going to order again if I want anything F1 related in the future!

To everybody out there complaining about having to wait a little longer on something they ordered online. Please be patient! Running an e-commerce store isn't easy... If you contact customer services, be nice and they will almost always be nice as well! Patience is key, don't give these nice people more pressure because you have to wait a little longer!
