I hate leaving negative reviews but......

I ordered and paid for some weight plates 3 weeks ago, heard nothing more from the company so sent chasing emails, no response until 2 more emails were sent. I was then told that the goods were coming with DHL, that was over a week ago, no goods, no tracking and no response to my request for a refund.
