Very disappointed in this company. I ordered some dumbbells a month ago and they’ve still not arrived despite receiving numerous emails to rate their service hence why I’m giving this review! They seem to have discontinued their email address and are impossible to contact. I’ve used them before back in august 2020 and they were excellent then so obviously having financial issues but please don’t take our money knowing you can’t fulfil the order. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal so will be requesting a full refund.

Ordered this on Dec 13 as a Christmas present and it’s now Dec 23 and still nowhere to be seen. Why are you sending me product reviews when there is no product to review?

Avoid! This website is a scam. No confirmation email, no order number, they are quick to take the money out of your account. They don't respond to emails and are not reachable by phone. I ordered my goods 3 weeks ago and haven't heard from them at all. Do not order from them!

I’m still waiting for my goods to arrive so how can I give a review!!! Each time I’ve ordered from you it’s taken months for my order to arrive!!

I hate leaving negative reviews but......

I ordered and paid for some weight plates 3 weeks ago, heard nothing more from the company so sent chasing emails, no response until 2 more emails were sent. I was then told that the goods were coming with DHL, that was over a week ago, no goods, no tracking and no response to my request for a refund.

Disappointing so far. I ordered an item which I believe to be in stock and paid extra for next day despatch and the money has left my account. Eight days later I have had no correspondence to let me know the status of my order or reason for delay. I have sent two emails without reply. I understand there may be supply issues however it would be good to be kept up to date with the status of my order.
