I returned some boots to Go Outdoors via Hermes collection. I received emails from Hermes to say it was collected but I did not get a refund. Go Outdoors said they had not received it and I had to contact Hermes. The email address didn't work, the online so called chat was all automated so I couldn't speak to a human being as was the phone line. Absolute nightmare to contact. Go Outdoors refuse to refund me so I am now stuck as to what to do next. I have no faith in sending written correspondence as that will probably go missing too. I should not be out of pocket due to their incompetence.
