Waste of time

I got their estimate, thought it was good, registered, uploaded photos using the link provided...then never heard anything.

I did get to a page that said "Thanks, we have received your photos...We need to confirm your details before we put your car for sale" Whilst it didn't say I had to call, I did anyway, twice, and on both occasions I got an answering machine that said they were closed despite being within their stated opening hours. Once on a Saturday afternoon, 2nd time on a Monday, granted bank hol in England. I gave up and sold my car elsewhere, a complete waste of time.
