Good and bad

The clinic is great (although there was no building receptionist downstairs when I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed), the staff are considerate, the equipment looks to be top notch.

Sending results to the consultant needs a bit of attention - the results are sent by post (isn't there a digital transfer? are the files too big?) without checking where best to send them. Most consultants work from different clinics, so whilst Vista may put something in the post there is no guarantee that they are sending to the best place.

On further replies from the clinic to my review, I was sent one week later access to the digital portal from where I can download, share, etc the images. Not sure why I wasn't offered this in the first place but I'm hoping this feedback will help customers. Knowledge is good!

The objective of private scans it to get results asap. This clinic didn't meet my objective even though in their view they met their target.

Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry you are not happy with the speed of receiving your results. After looking into this for you, we can confirm your report was sent to your consultant via post on 03/09, therefore was provided within 3 working days, as promised.

We send the results by email and only by post when no email is provided. In this case, there was no email on the request form. We also provide access to our Patient Image Portal, allowing you to view, share and download your images on your laptop, tablet or mobile. This allows you to instantly share your images with a medical professional.
