10 Days for a Service Call for 80 Year old Parents

I just put in a service call for my elderly parents and was told it will be 10 days for a repair. Seriously! Apparently post Covid there a lots of installs to be completed. Well let me tell you this. Any company that prioritises its NEW business over servicing it’s existing client base is a MAJOR No No to me. That is APPALLING. We have signed up my parents telling them Home Secure will give them such a super service versus competition. They Promised a WiFi and GSM connection at install but the GSM component has failed and the Wifi was never installed. Guys told me I can arm it by doing X,Y and Z work arounds. This only puts it on - but there is no monitoring - that defeats the purpose of the entire system. This was only installed 4 months ago. Home Secure – SORT IT OUT. TODAY. You know who I am.
