Paintball good. Paintball UK bad.
Was a great day and lots of fun, but UK Paintball had nothing to do with it.
UK Paintball take your money and make the booking on your behalf. They are not connected in any way to the actual business that you will be visiting.
Imagine paying an online company £10 per person to book you a cinema ticket, but then you still have to pay the actual cinema again when you get there. That's exactly what UK Paintball are doing, taking your money then booking an event for you at a company they are in no way connected to.
Go direct to the actual paintball company that you plan to visit and avoid paying UK Paintball for doing basically nothing.

I have been looking into this for you. You have booked on our Half Day Afternoon session, which includes: Park Admission, All Your Equipment, Gun Hire, Gas Refills, Marshals to Run the Games, Up To 6 Games. The only thing left to purchase on the day is your paintballs.
If you have been charged again for any of this when you arrived at the site, please can you get in touch with us, and we can get this resolved for you.
