Buyer beware, God forbid anything goes wrong!
I purchased my Lay-Z-Spa last year. It was the top of range model, at £1500. Upon installation the internal inflatable device that sits under the top cover was faulty and wouldnt hold once inflated.
I tried to contact their customer service and it totally shambolic. It took weeks to get a response and then when I finally did. They gave me the third degree in terms of proving were it was purchased, photographic/video proof of the issue, serial numbers... etc etc, which I supplied. But then I had someone else from the company contact me weeks later requesting more details. By that time I'd lost the will to live, so I packed it all away and never want to see it again.
It was a total waste of time.
