Charged for an item bit yet received a different cheaper item

I placed an order for a 320GB Sony Super Slim PS3 in Charcoal Black.

I received a 250GB PS3 Slim instead and not the super slim i ordered.

On the website the 320GB Super Slim is £104.99 which is what i paid towards my order because i also bought 2 games aswell but i still havent received yet...The standard 250GB PS3 Slim on the website that i have received is £79.99 so paid £104.99 and didnt receive the 320GB ps3 super slim i got a 250GB ps3 Slim instead 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I emailed them and asked if i could get the console and just be refunded the difference only to be told to send it back so i sent another email asking the same thing,im yet to get a response still.


I even attached a photo for them to see its not a super slim i serioualy wished that i didnt bother to make my purchases to be honest but so far the customer service is truly terrible and shocking 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
