Appalling. They are a sneaky tricky profiteering bunch. Test sent in by my daughter on 16th June with their 24hr postage service. Needed a result by 19th. They said it was being processes on 18th. On the 19th they then said it was not being processed. Eventually got the test results back on the 22nd. Had to purchase another test at Heathrow. Loads of stress and anxiety. No refund. They state they only give refunds if the results come back late - and this is important - after the test arrives at their lab - thus abdicating themselves of any processing responsibility whatsoever, even though they send a 24hr Royal Mail Tracked postage bar code with their kits. Shocking.
