Good food, poor service

The food is good and my cat enjoyed it.

Sadly the customer service is severely lacking. I needed to cancel my subscription as my cat needed a veterinary diet. For a start the website defaults to French which isn't the easiest thing to get around. Secondly when I tried resetting my password multiple times via multiple devices I got stuck in a loop with the Recapcha picture tool. When I contacted customer support they simply referred me back to the website.

Hello Michael, thanks for taking the time to write us a review ! We're sorry about the bad experience you got with us :'(. We recently launch our products in UK and you're right, our french (5 stars) customer service may have some difficulties to offer the same service level in UK. We're on it and action will be take this summer.
