Disgraceful customer service!!
This company does not care about there customers at all. It is all our greed and trying to take as much money whilst knowing they won’t be able to deliver the product.
I order garden furniture in March and was told it would be here first week of July. During this time they were continually taking pre orders for the New Hampshire corner dining set-grey. We were told it will definitely be there by that date, which was still 3 months after ordering.
The same week it was meant to be coming I was told it would then be September!! There is no way they only just found this out. They had know the whole time it wouldn’t come yet continue to take more and more pre orders from there website! It makes it worse that I rang early June to double check it was coming when they said and they told me absolutely!
Joke of a company and there customer service is even worse! Do not care at all about you once your order is in. So many people have ordered this furniture and expected it to be delivered and they have let them down. They just didn’t want others to purchase elsewhere. I will now have gone the whole summer without any furniture, if I had know this which the range clearly did I would have ordered somewhere else!!!
During this time they even changed the dates on the website to month before my new delivery date to try and entice more people in to buying even though they knew it wouldn’t come in time!
Rang customer service and after an hour on hold the advisor put the phone down on me after I expressed my disappointment. In store people (Stafford) do not care either and seem to think the fact I ordered it online( after being in store and being told to do that) was a good enough reason to ignore me.
Disgraceful all round!!
