The customer service is very poor

The customer service is very poor, i registered a complaint earlier this year and have not received a response to it. I received a email stating that you had tried to contact me to discuss the complaint, however no such contact was made and you took it upon yourselves to close the complaint without my agreement.
If i was not tied into a contract i would not hesitate to move my services to another supplied due to this Lack of service which i will do at the first opportunity.

Our complaints code of practice can be found here virg.in/compscop outlining how you can raise your concerns with us for further investigation. Once received it will be fully investigated and we'll endeavor to get back in touch within the 28 day time frame agreed with our regulators.

If you can give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 4 this will get you through to the cancellations team who will be able to look into this further for you.
