The customer service is very poor
The customer service is very poor, i registered a complaint earlier this year and have not received a response to it. I received a email stating that you had tried to contact me to discuss the complaint, however no such contact was made and you took it upon yourselves to close the complaint without my agreement.
If i was not tied into a contract i would not hesitate to move my services to another supplied due to this Lack of service which i will do at the first opportunity.
