I wanted to sell my flat in the middle of lock-down. Initially I looked at online agents, but the number didn't add up. They are good if a property will fly off the shelf, but for my flat I felt that I needed a company with more on the ground local experience. Possible are a new company but their people come with lots of experience, and they know their business.
The advice, advertising, marketing and viewings all FIRST CLASS, very impressed, communication was superb, very responsive. Where they really excelled for me, was in the skill that we often forget in an Estate Agent, the bring together the buyer and seller, understanding the needs of both and managing the negotiation. I got a great result and I would highly recommend them.
