Dreadful service
Dreadful service. I ordered two items from eBay, each dispatched a day apart. Each via a 48 hour service, with the first item sent on the 8th, the next on the 9th. Got an email on the 14th morning to say first item would be delivery between 10:30 and 12:30 that day. Item didn't arrive. Checked the tracking in the afternoon and it stated it was still in the Hyde depot and the delivery hasn't been scheduled. So why send an email stating it was on it's way! Emailed customer services and got an automated reply stating someone would be in touch within 24 hours. Got a reply back on 16th just before midday apologizing and that they have asked the depot to investigate and that they are awaiting their reply. Surely it would have been better to get a response from the depot before contacting me. Both parcels eventually delivered together on 18th, although the delivery driver only gave me one parcel until I asked "isn't there another one", then he checked and found the other one. So, a 48 hour service took 8 days. Avoid!!!
