Amazing customer service at a difficult time

I lost my Father at the start of the year, I spoke to direct line to get my mother as the main driver. It was handled with an amazing level of care and understanding. When I needed to change my mums car a few months later, again it was done with the upmost care and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble and their approach to what is an emotional issue could not be any better in my opinion.
I cant thank your bereavement team enough for all their help and understanding
