Absolutely disgusting

If I hear "we're not obliged to tell you/help you/or do anything constructive" from these darling's at NatWest Business I will scream!!
So we got rejected, no problem with that, problem is it's Thursday 10th June - apparently those really helpful folks at Natwest Business rejected us on May 14th!!
Those delightfully and unobligated people at the ever so helpful staff at NatWest Business decided not to notify us of their decisions. Which as you can imagine to someone about to launch his business in 2 weeks time is pretty wonderful Customer Service don't you agree?
Be very careful when dealing with these wonderfully unobligated and unhelpful staff! Go somewhere else I'd say.
