Beware, late delivery 'hidden costs
Gift (clothing) sent to Ireland guaranteed delivery, it arrived 5 days late! Then tried to charge recipient 70% customs fees. Was told it would be returned to sender. Hasn't arrived. Spoke to UPS who have said that the high cost of custom fees, is because of P2G sending it as business to consumer (on their account) as opposed to consumer to consumer. Trying to get my postage charges refunded, as per delivery guarantee - and my top back, being told that I have to pay £25 plus customs fees to get it back, or item will be abandoned and destroyed. I am being held to ransom. No one to talk to, as they are 'Web based'. My complaint, was replied to with a link for payment! Really unhappy, very poor service. P2G made their money, UPS made their money, I am out of pocket!! Beware, you may save a couple of pounds upfront, but pay more in the long run.
