This is hands down the worst online retail experience I have ever had. I am really struggling to get my refund, even though they have received my item back. They never give me an honest update when I phone, they just fob me off, and are very rude. I’m surprised such a big brand are so poor. I would seriously avoid this company. If you want Puma trainers, buy them from a different retailer. This lot will give you the run around. Avoid!
