Terrible company. Unreliable! Terrible service!
I paid for express international delivery from myself to myself (US to Germany) and the carrier returned the package to the sender address after a month and a half of being stuck in a delay in a shipping center. After emailing back and forth with both Parcel Money and the carrier, I finally got the carrier to admit they made a mistake - they are willing to discuss a refund, but they will only talk to the legal sender. However, Parcel Monkey is refusing to refund me and does not seem to have any interest in discussing a refund with the carrier. Please note that if you use this service, you run the risk of not being able to get a refund if there is a dispute or mistake made on the part of the carrier - they will not talk to you or discuss options. Parcel Monkey has shown me clearly that they do not value me as a customer even after I have been consistently shipping (nternational express!) with them over the past year.
Edited to add: they did not address the issue, I do not know why they said they did in the answer below.
2nd Edit: Months later, they’ve made it worse. I wish I could give negative stars.
