This Service used to be good
This Service used to be good. Now you only get email support from someone who never seems to grasp the problem. I have a new iPhone but the same phone number as I have always had. Bitbuy no longer seems to recognize me and asks me to send in the SMS code I recieved on my phone but it never seems to come. When I look at support it tells me my number must be a North American number and it is. Going back and forth and I am tired of the lack of concern and effort with resolving my situation. Once resolved I will m over all my money out of this place.
