I was fully aware I would be waiting a while to receive my order (2x Photinia Red Robin 5-6ft EXCLUDING pot height) although I had received a confirmation email and details of when my order would be delivered.

However, I actually cannot believe the condition of the plants I've received. It isn’t just a case of them not being watered for a day – looks like they’ve not been watered for weeks. The new growth is completely dead and beyond saving. Spindly plants that are such poor quality. There are loads of leaves that have come away and the two plants are completely different heights. If I could attach photos I would as the poor condition really needs to be seen to be believed!
