Just hopeless. I ordered a cake for my father’s birthday, chose a delivery date. The delivery date came, no notification, no cake, nothing the day after as it was Saturday their customer service lines were closed. I picked up a cake from Waitrose as the Patisserie Valerie one didn’t turn up. I called on Monday, no explanation, no apology just offered a replacement or a refund. As the occasion had passed I asked for a refund and had to chase three times before it was made. Appalling service.
