Here we go again.
Here we go, once again. "Wrong address" this time, when, in fact, it was not. Apart from very polite people working at customer service, I have nothing nice to say. I saw the courier truck go byebye, and customer service sadly couldn't get in contact with them, to drop the parcel at post or anywhere. Sent back to the sender. 
Oh! And also - app said "returned to the sender", while I got an email, that claimed that the parcel was delivered?
I will use other courier services if there ever will be a choice from now on. Yall gotta sort something out, out there. Or is it us, that live in a bermuda triangle.
