Update on previous review

Following on from my previous review about this company. I did eventually manage to contact them. What works best is either to say you want to buy something and then tell the representative that you need to first resolve and issue with a previous order. This gets you put through to customer services but you may have a lengthy wait. The other way is via the online chat but I have never got to anyone in under half an hour.
In my case they eventually agreed to refund me and cancel my order. This was after the usual response to tell me it would arrive tomorrow (it won't). I had a confirmation email saying it would take a day to notify the correct department and then 3 to 5 business days to issue the refund. They didn't manage this timescale as it was more like 10 business days before I eventually received my refund.
If you have ordered from this company and are frustrated by the lack of response, don't give up hope as it is possible to get your money back.
