Ordered custom sofa Nov 22. I did agree to no cancellation based on information they provided regarding delivery by mid Feb. First of February it was pushed back to late March. Now it’s pushed back until mid April. I have made multiple phone and email contacts with customer service as it’s become clear they can’t guarantee reasonable delivery date. They refuse to take any responsibility, blaming ‘vendors’. and will not allow me to cancel. They have offered a dock cancellation, but I would have to still pay the ridiculous $300 delivery charge. Customer service reps are condescending, stating I agreed to no cancellation policy without acknowledging I did so given false information.
