Non existent customer service

I have been trying for 10 days to get a response from burrow about an issue. I have been specific with my questions/concerns. I either get no response at all or a generic email that doesn’t address my concern. I have had 2 responses that asked for further information, which I immediately provided and then no response.

Deceptive sales practices

Salesperson assured me that the age of my furnace would not have any bearing on coverage. Could not review policy until I paid but was assured if I wasn’t happy I could cancel Paid for full year up front. Eight months in furnace breaks down. Company was prompt about sending service. Tech determined failure was due to corrosion of wiring due to age of furnace. Select Home refused coverage due to corrosion. I attempted to cancel remainder of policy and agent I spoke with gave me a garbled explanation of various extra charges they would have to impose if I canceled resulting in me getting less than a $10 refund. I gave 2 stars because I did like the company they sent for service and will continue to do business with them. Company engages in deceptive sales practices Absolutely do not recommend

Love the hats BUT not lack of customer service

Love the hats. Customer Service is nonexistent. Did not receive all items in order. Tried calling customer service a couple of times during their stated business hours. Put on hold for awhile and then a message comes on saying I have called outside business hours. Sent 1 email about the issue. No response. Not even an automated one stating it had been received. Sent a second one. Guess I will give it a few days and if nothing happens file a complaint with my cc company.

Ordered custom sofa Nov 22

Ordered custom sofa Nov 22. I did agree to no cancellation based on information they provided regarding delivery by mid Feb. First of February it was pushed back to late March. Now it’s pushed back until mid April. I have made multiple phone and email contacts with customer service as it’s become clear they can’t guarantee reasonable delivery date. They refuse to take any responsibility, blaming ‘vendors’. and will not allow me to cancel. They have offered a dock cancellation, but I would have to still pay the ridiculous $300 delivery charge. Customer service reps are condescending, stating I agreed to no cancellation policy without acknowledging I did so given false information.
