I’m not sure what’s happening at Create and craft as service was always good in the past. These days it takes ages for an item to be dispatched, and an eternity to be delivered. I’m currently waiting for an order placed on 16 Feb, for which I had notification on 24 Feb that it had been dispatched. I have had orders that have had items missing, and received emails informing me that an item is on it’s way when it hasn’t been, and in fact have had to be reimbursed because said item was no longer even available. I’ve had disappointing service for the past year, for which I don’t believe the pandemic can be held entirely responsible. Other companies are still able to get orders correctly fulfilled and goods out in a timely manner, so why can’t Create and Craft?
