Problem with WiFi camera when we changed our router and it would not accept the new password etc. Help service POOR. Help line on answerphone. Had to phone sales to speak to anyone and when they emailed to follow up asking a question - my replies on email were all blocked.
In the end I have managed to reload and re install from scratch and the product works but level of support is currently abysmal. It used to be v good.

Your email replies being blocked sound concerning. Could you send us a screenshot of the "blocked emails" so we can investigate? That would be much appreciated.
