We ordered a 42U server rack. The order was delivered in a few days and shipping was free. We contacted them a few times to discuss shipping options and a few specifics regarding the rack. They were very professional and answered my questions the same day.

We only use NavePoint for our enclosures and we will always continue to use them in the future.
