While its understood the UK is in middle of a pandemic. I watched a costa store today refuse an old lady permission to use the toilets as they were covid locked restrictions etc.
Costa your a disgrace the store staff hang their heads in shame. Your happy to take customers money yet refuse people use of essential human amenities. Disgraceful store disgraceful staff. Not helping people in a national crisis. Just disgusting company attitude
