After two previous bad experiences I should have known better. I sent two parcels which said they'd arrive within 2-4 days. They actually took 14 days. They were both birthday gifts so missed the birthdays by over a week. I posted a parcel with Royal Mail this week for a similar price it arrived the next day. After contacting Hermes after a week they said they would halt it a further two days to investigate...not helpful at all. They also said to contact the retailer or sender from now on...this was me. Won't be using them again. A shame as the courier is very friendly.
