Valentine gift never delivered such poor service!
Such a horrible experience with this company. I ordered my husband’s Valentines surprise a full 10 days in advance and scheduled the delivery date in advance. It was actually a later date then was offered when I purchased. Valentines Day comes and goes and NOTHING! No email, no notification at all that my present would not arrive on time! When I called the following Monday I was actually asked, “What do you want us to do about it now?” Horrible service, poor results all around. I would not recommend this company at all!

I have looked into your order and can see that when you ordered you did indeed request a delivery date of the 13th and your order was shipped on February 10th, which we would have expected to be the correct shipping date to have your order arrive on the date you requested.
I have. looked at your order's tracking and can see that your order was delayed in North Lake City, Utah, and the reason listed is "Weather Delay". While this is no excuse for your order arriving late, we unfortunately cannot predict when weather delays will impact our shipments.
After looking into your order I can see that we've issued a complete refund for your order and your item is still scheduled to arrive as soon as FedEx is able to safely move your package for delivery.
