Dreadful customer survice.

Its easy to have a positive review when a supplier just supplies! Its when something goes wrong its a true test. Gas meter reading failed three months ago, informed octopus each month, two engineer appointments failed to turn up. No contact from octopus for two weeks!

Apologies that you have had a poor experience when trying to get the smart meters installed. This is not the high level of service that we expect our customers to receive. I can see that a credit has been added to the account to apologise for the missed appointments.
