I just wanted to say that I am extremely disappointed with your delivery I was expecting a gift that should arrive no later than today as the birthday is tomorrow but unfortunately it will not come until Friday if it is not changed it is extremely disappointing that you do not live up to what you write and no You do not have to throw the blame at the Brexit rules
