I received the dressing gown 10 days ago and the product is what I expected. However I assumed that as it is clearly stated and depicted in the web site, the gown was going to be "supplied in a protective drawstring dust bag". However it just came within an ordinary transparent and open plastic bag.
I immediately asked for the dust bag to be sent and after 10 days I have got no reply.
Also, I would'n have the gown embroided again since the quality and display of the letters is very poor.
