Excellent service from a wonderful company. I've just made my 2nd purchase over the last few months and I have to say the quality of the engraved jewellery box I received the 1st time was beautiful. They even went the extra mile and sent me a follow up email which wasn't your typical "this is what you left in your basket", but rather an invitation to contact them via email if I had any queries, and this prompted me to purchase from them again.
