Tog knives are excellent as are their boards & also their customer service has been exemplary. Over the years I have had two issues with purchases the first when a knife tine broke & was replaced immediately & the second when a board arrived slightly dried out both times the customer care was first rate. I believe you can judge a company not necessarily by how they react to sales but how they react to issues & Bert & his team at Tog are superb.
