It was ready to collect on time. The company contacted me regularly to check how my car repair was progressing and kept me well-informed as to how long I could have the car. There was no pressure to return it until my own situation was resolved and telephone conversations were conducted in a friendly and helpful manner. The whole process was smooth and efficient, which was well-appreciated at a stressful time.
