An awful company to deal with start to…

An awful company to deal with start to finish.

Ordered a refurbished Sonos Beam with 2 year manufacturers warranty direct from Sonos.
Product arrived looking brand new but the speakers were blown, obviously returned and never even tested or repaired.

Contacted support and was given the option between paying for advanced replacement where they put a hold on my card for over 1.5 times the price I'd paid for the device so I wouldn't have to wait til they received the faulty one back.

2 days later after sending back mine I notice I've still no details on mine being shipped so I contacted them and was told they wouldn't ship until they had received my faulty one. Took some complaining then they agreed they were wrong and reshipped.

When the next unit arrived it had not cables at all, no power, no hdmi, and no optical to hdmi converter.
I got on to support again and they said they'd have to reorder them.

I noticed in a mail a while later that the wrong cables had been ordered. Wrong country plug and missing the optical to hdmi.

Got back on to chat support (there were other times I contacted them this is hillariously the shortened version), and even though I had always gone through to the same team, suddenly they weren't able to assist me because this was a sales issue. I tried to demand that they assist but I got stone walled.

I refused to just go away so I called the land line for support and got through to an agent that had already heard about my issue so I must have made an impression. She was very pleasant but hilariously implied she was an actual experienced customer rep and the others weren't. Good on you Alexandra great way to make your company sound terrible.
It appeared that the power cable ordered was actually the correct one but Sonos were using the wrong picture in their mails (more incompetence) but she agreed that my issues were all unacceptable and ordered the other missing cable.

I was asked how I felt the issue could be resolved so I said that at minimum a small refund should be offered. I had spent hours at this point and shown their refurb system to be a mess. I was given a reference number and told it would be requested but no guarantees could be given. Fair enough I guess.

That was the last I heard from them. Not even a courtesy mail to check the right cables arrived or to say they couldn't offer a refund/discount or even a voucher.

Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs. I have 4 Sonos items and I won't be expanding my collection thats for sure.
