Spent today Weds 9th December shopping…

Spent today Weds 9th December shopping at Selfridges. Most of the time I was waiting for service. Either to be served or trips to the stock room to search for different sizes which generally weren’t available. Only got about 25% of my shopping needs satisfied having spent 4 hours in the shop. Poor service and lack of staff. Have another day tomorrow but starting to think of alternative venues
