The glass collage photo frame arrived within a couple of days, but unfortunately, one corner was chipped.
I sent a photo to Keepitpersonal, and within half an hour they replied, saying how sorry they were, and would send a replacement as soon as the engraving was done.
This was on a Sunday afternoon!
